The Serv-Ware PP Series Pizza Prep Tables have received UL Safety and UL Sanitation Approval. Stainless steel exterior, ABS interior liner, aluminum back, self-closing door, LED-readout digital controls, foamed-in-place polyurethane cell insulation, stainless steel slide rail work area with cutting board, and cold topping holding room are some of its features. During off-peak hours, the hinged cover helps keep your meats, vegetables, and condiments cool. The unit comes equipped with two brake and two non-brake casters. With one epoxy-coated wire shelf per door and 1/3 size can plastic pans, all of which have movable mounting brackets for added flexibility. The side-mounted compressor is intended to withstand temperatures ranging from 33°F to 41°F.
