Features include a self-closing door, aluminum back, ABS internal lining, stainless steel exterior, foamed in place polyurethane cell insulation, digital controls with an LED readout, a stainless steel sliding rail work area with cutting board, and a cold topping holding space. During off-peak hours, the hinged lid keeps your meats, vegetables, and condiments cool. Two brake and two non-brake casters are mounted when the unit is shipped. With one epoxy-coated wire shelf per door and adjustable mounting brackets for added flexibility, 1/6 size plastic pans are included. The rear-mounted compressor can withstand temperatures ranging from 33°F to 41°F.
