Description:
The
prep tables of the Serv-Ware SP Series have received UL Safety and UL
Sanitation approval. Stainless steel exterior, ABS interior liner, aluminum
back, self-closing door, LED-readout digital controls, foamed-in-place
polyurethane cell insulation, stainless steel slide rail work area with cutting
board, and cold topping holding room are some of its features. During off-peak
hours, the hinged cover helps keep your meats, vegetables, and condiments cool.
The unit comes equipped with two brake and two non-brake casters. For added
flexibility, 1/6 size plastic pans with adjustable mounting brackets are
included, along with one epoxy-coated wire shelf per door. The compressor that
is positioned on the back is intended to withstand temperatures ranging from 33°F to 41°F.
