Description

The refrigeration system of the True GDM-37 two section glass door merchandiser maintains consistent temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit by using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep the unit cool. Since the condenser and evaporator motors push our more air than most typical systems, less heat is produced and less energy is used. The condensing unit is easy to service because it is located on the underside of the cabinet. The surface is permanently and durably powder-coated black, while the interior is made of white metal with a peel-and chip resistant liner. Foam is applied to the polyurethane insulation to provide the cabinet strength and to trap cold air. 

Excess dirt and debris are blown off the condensing off the condensing coil by the reserve condensing fan motor. For the first 20 seconds after the compressor is turned on, this self-cleaning feature blows in reserves. Employees should regularly maintain the condensing coil for effective performance and an extended unit lifespan.

The self-closing doors allow cold air to remain inside the cabinet, and the double-pane, thermally insulated glass doors have mitered plastic channel frames and 12-inch handles that make door opening easier. Eight robust PVC-coated wire shelves holding bottled and packaged goods are positioned at 1 1.2-inch intervals to accommodate different product heights. The true GDM-7 two section glass door merchandiser features a stainless-steel internal floor with a built-in drain for easy cleaning, and LED interior lights brighten the cabinet and improve product visibility.
